• We do not fund general operating expenses

To be considered for funding, applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be a registered 501(c)(3) organization

• Be based in New York City or the surrounding areas

• Submit a request for program-specific funding (not general operating expenses)

Applications will not be eligible for review if they:

• Do not include the organization’s mission

• Do not include a specific budget outlining how funds will be used

• Request multi-year or recurring funding

• Are submitted by or on behalf of individuals

• There is no deadline for submissions

• Applications are accepted on a rolling basis and are typically reviewed within 4–6 weeks

• There is no minimum or maximum request amount
